Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy<\/strong>Thank you for choosing our paint shops. We want you to enjoy a unique experience, so we ask you to take into account the following conditions when making your reservation:<\/p>

Cancellations and changes by the client<\/strong>If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, we request that you give us at least **7 days notice** before the date of the workshop. In this case, you will be able to reschedule your workshop for another available date at no additional cost or opt for a gift card, which you can spend within 12 months.<\/p>

2. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop date<\/strong>Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop date are non-refundable, non-modifiable. The customer will lose **65% of the amount** of the reservation, but the remaining **35%** will remain as credit for future reservations. In this case, no refunds will be made.<\/p>

3. Private events<\/strong><\/p>

  1. If you have booked a private event and need to change the date, you can do so up to **15 days before** the activity. If the modification is made in less than 15 days, you will lose **65% of the amount** of the reservation, but the remaining **35%** will remain as credit for future reservations. In this case, no refunds will be made. <\/li>\n\n
  2. Private events have no additional cost, but must meet a minimum of 8 participants.<\/li><\/ol>

    4. Gift cards <\/strong>The **gift cards** are non-refundable in any case and have a consumption period of 12 calendar months.<\/p>

    5. Cancellation or change by us <\/strong>If, for any reason, we must cancel or change the workshop you have booked, we will give you at least **72 hours notice**. In that case, you will be able to choose any other available date to enjoy your workshop at no additional cost. If the cancellation is made by us with less than **72 hours notice**, if so desired by the client, we will proceed to a full refund of the reservation.<\/p>
