Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our paint shops. We want you to enjoy a unique experience, so we ask you to take into account the following conditions when making your reservation:
Cancellations and changes by the client
If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, we request that you give us at least **7 days notice** before the date of the workshop. In this case, you will be able to reschedule your workshop for another available date at no additional cost or opt for a gift card, which you can spend within 12 months.
2. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop date
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop date are non-refundable, non-modifiable. The customer will lose **65% of the amount** of the reservation, but the remaining **35%** will remain as credit for future reservations. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3. Private events
- If you have booked a private event and need to change the date, you can do so up to **15 days before** the activity. If the modification is made in less than 15 days, you will lose **65% of the amount** of the reservation, but the remaining **35%** will remain as credit for future reservations. In this case, no refunds will be made.
- Private events have no additional cost, but must meet a minimum of 8 participants.
4. Gift cards
The **gift cards** are non-refundable in any case and have a consumption period of 12 calendar months.
5. Cancellation or change by us
If, for any reason, we must cancel or change the workshop you have booked, we will give you at least **72 hours notice**. In that case, you will be able to choose any other available date to enjoy your workshop at no additional cost. If the cancellation is made by us with less than **72 hours notice**, if so desired by the client, we will proceed to a full refund of the reservation.
